We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Prepare the Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original Ambi Jewelry gift box and mailer to ensure the delicate items are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
